* The above stated Pricing is the starting range for our rooms and suites. Prices are very dynamic, they may go up on certain dates and as per availability. Please check with our Sales Team for your exact Rentals amount and inclusions when making your apartment booking.
* Any Extra Person/Beds above the Rental Occupancy limit specified for the respective units will be charged at Rs 600/night/person. Children below 6 Years stay for Free and those above 6 Years will be charged Rs 600/night/person.
* All of the Rentals published above, are exclusive of Good & Services Tax (GST). The current GST is calculated at 12% however, it’s only applicable for stays of less than 3 months.
* All Rentals will always be billed in advance. Some Guests may also be required to provide a refundable damage deposit. This will be refunded back at the end of the stay.
* All Daily Rentals are inclusive of all Utilities, but for any long-stay discounted Weekly & Monthly Plans, electricity is charged on actuals unless explicitly specified in the quote and booking confirmation.
* Cancellation Policy – We offer a flexible ZERO Cancellation Charge for any reservation cancelled 7 Days before check-in date. A 50% Cancellation charge is levied, if you cancel or modify a confirmed reservation within 7 Days of check-in date. Any other corporate stay cancellation policy will be mentioned by our sales team in your booking confirmation.
